How do I get support?

Just send us an email with your query.

Will it work on my phone?

Yes. Binder has been designed to be "mobile first", meaning we make sure the experience is optimised for use on a mobile device as well as tablets and desktop/laptop computers. The mobile experience is not a "cut down" version of the the desktop experience either; you can perform all functions regardless of the device you're using.

Can my assistant use Binder to work my cases?

Yes. Create a new adviser but under "Adviser access", untick the "themself" box and tick the advisers they will be working with. This user will then have access to all the cases for those advisers.

Is it secure?

Yes. All areas of Binder require users to be authenticated in order to access them. Authentication is handled by our best-in-class supplier; Auth0. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or 1.3. Documents are encrypted at rest in an AWS S3 bucket. Binder implements role-based access control to ensure that users can only access the data the need. Binder is regularly penetration tested with any discovered vulnerabilities addressed. The last penetration test was performed in March 2023.
